I'm Aidan. I help SMBs fix ops, sales and scale with AI.

Most consulting is a call and a slide deck. I do it hands-on. I sit down with you, learn how your business actually runs, and build the fix alongside you, then stick around until it works.

I started AJ Marketing in 2024 doing email, ads and stores. I served 15+ clients and grew one ecommerce brand from $300 to $6,000 a month in six months. Then I went deep on AI: agents, automations and chatbots for other businesses, and a system of AI agents that runs much of my own.

The work outgrew the name, so AJ Marketing became AJB Dynamics. Same person, same way of working.

Why I started

In high school I worked at Five Guys, and one day I found out I'd been let go without anyone ever talking to me. No call, no reason. It stuck with me, not because of the job, but because I realized I didn't want my future to depend on how someone else chose to run things. That's when I started learning business and trying to build my own. It's also why I run things the way I do now: I talk to people, I explain the why, and I'm always easy to reach.

What I do

AJB Dynamics helps small business owners run a smoother business, get more customers and grow without breaking. That means clear workflows and numbers, the right offer and marketing, and the margins and systems to stay profitable as they scale, with AI built in wherever it actually saves time, saves money or makes money.

Staying small on purpose

I want to be the guy small business owners brag about to other owners. So I keep this small on purpose: a tight group of clients I actually know and get along with, work that's built for each of them, and always being available for them. I'm not turning this into a big agency.
